The Gulmohar Investments and Holdings Limited ("the Company") was incorporated on 13th June, 1982 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956. The name of the Company changed to Goalpost Industries Limited' on April 26, 2022 and a fresh 'Certificate of Incorporation' pursuant to change of name of the Company has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana.
The equity Shares of the Company are listed on "The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE)" and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSEI).
